Title: MyHouse Fixed? Looks like it!

Hi All,

Like X911 stated in another thread here, myhouse seems to be working now for new users!

I tried my OLD registration number a few minutes ago and it worked fine. In the past only the "special" one from X-10 tech support worked.

So TRY again and please post here if it works for you now.

Yep... its Confirmed!   AHP and MyHouse connect fine now.  I even verfiied connection via the internet.

Im happy..  now I just have to start relocking my network back down.  I just wish I knew the name of the Tech Support guy that was arguing with me saying it was my end.

I REALLY want to say "I told you so".    But will settle for things working I suppose!

I connected for part of today just fine on MyHouse but suddenly lost the video about 3 p.m. ....remote location showing video connected but could only see the Active Home Logo windows. Exited, connected again, same thing.
Another family member tried from another remote location, same results.
Came home, found the host computer same as I left it, registering the four cameras just fine.
another problem: I could not move the Sentinel camera from the remote location at all.
Any ideas?
