Title: Automatic Stills Produce Empty Files

Anybody seen this issue? The snap-shots are file by the stills show up as empty files. I tried changing the preferences on quality for stills by no chance.

I am having the same problem. I just upgraded to Windows 7 and cannot get the stills to produce valid images. Snapshots work fine. I think it has something to do with Windopws. What OS are you running?

TomG,
I found out that by running Activehome Pro as the administrator the still work properly. I am not sure why this is but it probably has something to do with the permissions in Windows 7. I hope this helps.
