Does the Entertainment Anywhere system have an S-Video jack?

No, just the Video, Audio, and Composite jacks.

I can't say - I don't have an A/V Sender (whatever that is).

How do I connect my PC to the unit? What kind of cables do I need?

Correction: I just went rooting through my heap of X10 stuff and found the VT32A A/V Sender and VR30A Receiver.  The sender has  3 RCA jacks for Video and Audio.  The receiver has these plus the composite jack.  RCA cables are shipped with both the sender and receiver and I think a composite cable comes with the receiver.

If we're talking about the same Entertainment Anywhere system and you want to send video from your PC, your video card has to have a TV Out.  So whatever it takes to connect your TV Out and audio to the RCA audio/video jacks on the sender.
