This seems to be a problematic issue on the forums and I have read the articles. Basically i have the same problem and I believe the problem is that I have a faulty CM15A but I am willing to try troubleshooting it if you have any suggestions.
Here is the scenario:
Front door motion (MS16A): J10
Front door Lights (WS467): J15
Front door Bell (SC546A): J12
Tools and Hardware Configuration I have monitored house set to J, transceived is set to specific J
Macro "Front Door Motion" Trigger is J10 to turn on J15 wait 11 minutes then turn off J15. Set to store in the interface and saved and sync'd dozens of times out of frustration.
Macro "Door Bell" Trigger is J10 to turn on J12 wait 3 minutes. A condition is set on this Specific Time is after 7AM and before 11PM. Set to store in the interface and saved and sync'd dozens of times out of frustration.
If I watch the macro when I go to the front door the sensor goes off and looks like it is executing. If I go to Tools and Activity Monitor I can see that it indeed saw the Motion sensor (J10) and attempted to run the macro (with no actual results in the lights or doorbell). If I manually run the macros it activates the lights and the doorbell flawlessly. If I disconnect the CM15A from my computer and put it even closer (nothing works). If I pull its connectivity (USB) from my computer and then activate the sensor, nothing at all happens. I have attempted to clear the CM15A memory and re-save the macro's etc to it but there seems to be nothing that will fix this issue which is why I am leaning towards the CM15A just simply does not work properly. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions before I call and try to get a replacement.

jb2kewl: Welcome to the forum
You have an ELSE set up here with two different macros set to trigger on one RF event. One macro does not have any conditions; you need to change this for the macros to execute properly. Place the opposite time of the 2nd macro as the condition for the first one; this should help with it executing correctly.

I see what you are saying, and in order to troubleshoot this, I have put it back to the simple setup. I have deleted the second macro for the bell and only have the macro for the "Front Door Motion" and there are zero restrictions/conditions on it. It should see the movement and turn on the light, wait 11 minutes, then turn it off.. I have re-saved it to the interface after the changes, and it still does not work. I can see it gets the message, acts like it is doing it, but the lights never come on. If I manually test the macro, it works.

Are you using the New ws467, or the old? the new ones won't work right with AHP no matter what you do.

It's possible that your WS467 is a "new design" module. This doesn't mean that the device won't work with ActiveHomePro. You will need to interface it differently.
Charles Sullivan has done quite a bit of work documenting the differences between the new and old units. He has also developed a test for determining which version you have and a workaround for interfacing it with ActiveHome

Unfortunately, this does not explain why your SC546A is not responding. I'm not aware of any "new versions" here (although you could be the lucky first).
Have you tried using the SC546A in one of your "simple" setups?

Went thru a similar thing here. This is what I did.
Make sure you download your macros to the interface and also update the monitored house code.
Then:
I run this macro before I do any testing.
Reset Flags Macro O1 On Clear Flags [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16] Flag Command
Turn on the light (I have 6 of these macros triggered by E1 - E6 on turning in light F1 - F6) I'm only showing the 1st one here.
Flood Drive On E1 E1 On and
Module Status On Floods On/Off Ok LM465 and (this is on the monitored housecode) (if this is on, it's OK to turn on the light)
Flag Status Off exactly 2
Set Flags [2] Flag Command
(F1) Flood Driveway WS467 ON
(F1) Flood Driveway WS467 ON
(L1) Flood Is Turned On LM465 ON (used as a switch on the monitored house code)
(D9) Dum Chime Trigger ON
Flood Drive On E1 else1
E1 On and
Module Status Off Floods On/Off Ok LM465 or(this is on the monitored housecode) (if this is OFF, it's NOT OK to turn the light on)

(P3) Dummy Module 1 AM486 OFF (need to do something here because you can't have a delay as the 1st statement in a macro. It would cause this else to always run)
Delay for 2 Seconds (had to put this here because of internal timing issues with the CM15A. Seems it doesn't like a continuous stream of commands)
(D9) Dum Chime Trigger ON
Sound the Chime once every 15 seconds.
Sound Chime D9 D9 On and
Module Status On Chimes On/Off Ok and(this is on the monitored housecode) (if this is on, it's OK to sound the chime)
