Title: cannot find registration code

finally got ONALERT installed, but keep getting "cannot find registration code" error. all other plug=ins register with no problems.
have completely removed the software and reinstalled, no go... anymore suggestions, tech support is lost...

RRKEEL welcome aboard!
Occasionally this happens with newly perchased/installed software from X10 ( and with all their server issues of late it is probably the issue)
Ask support to check the server to be sure that your registration number is there!
I've had to have a number manually added to the server, and this maybe what is needed in your case! ;)

THANKS FOR THE INPUT...
CALLED TECH SUPPORT AND THEY SAID THE NUMBER IS ON THE SERVER....
ALSO SAID TO WAIT 24HRS, AND WILL HAVE LEVEL 2 SUPPORT TECH CHECK INTO THE PROBLEM.
YOU KNOW, I STARTED TO JUST SPEND ANOTHER $50, THINKING THAT WOULD DO THE TRICK....
BUT THEN STARTED THINKING THAT IT MIGHT MAKE MATTERS WORSE.......
