Title: transceiver code programming
Post by: parkker on February 16, 2008, 06:04:04 PM
X-10 Transceiver Module TM751.

Has house code switch but whatever I set it to it is always A1, B1, C1, etc.
Is there a way to change for A2, A4, etc??

thanks for any insights.

I think the best you can do is use the RR501, which allows you to switch between unit code 1 and unit code 9.

thanks, newbie, just seems odd to me if using one of these defaults to unit one whatever house code is selected. oh well, willl work with it but this "feature" detracts from felxibility of configurations.

It is only the one built-in "appliance module" that is fixed at unit 1.  It still transceives multiple unit codes.

thanks, am using one of these in a far corner of house because the USB interface model doesnt pick up remote signals from remote walll switch there.
