Title: glass breakage sensor
Post by: peddler1 on February 21, 2008, 11:42:42 PM
Hi, I am considering an X10 Security system. The window sensors that I have found so far appear to only be the type that would only be triggered if someone opens a door or window. I would like to know if there are sensors available for the X10 systems that would be triggered when glass is broken. I have 2 large solid glass windows (they do not open at all) that I am concerned some "bad guy" could gain access through.
Thank you for your help!

Actualy if you do an advanced search you'll find a thread I posted to on how to wire up a glass break sensor! ;)
including links to them

Yep Mr. Tuice is right! loads of threads on this topic get back and let us know what you've found and I'll check on something that might help.
