I purchased the PC-->TV kit several months ago. My Laptop at the time ran XP, but I never installed on that PC. I am now finally installing for the first time, but on my new Laptop which is running Vista Ultimate. I cannot get through the first step of installing the downloaded ShowTime. I get through the "Finished" step, and then the following message appears:
rundll32.exe
The app;ication failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Clicj OK to terminate the program.
I am then offered the chance to close the program. So, I never even get the message to plug in the USB cable from the VT37A. ???
