Title: My DS7000 doesn't comunicate to my cell phone in Mexico

I im installing my alarm system, but I can't program the console to store my Cell phone number. I Live in Tijuana Mexico and here the cell phone number is 13 digits. Is there a way to program the DS7000 console to dial the cell number. As per the owner's manual it indicates only a 12 digit phone number. Can somebody help me with this....Thanks in advance! ???
