Title: Problems with Lamp Module

I have my entire system set up, but for some reason, the lamp module will not turn on the lights with the remote.

The house code on the module is the same as the code on the console, and the unit code is different.  From the instructions, it seems that the lamp should turn on via the remote.  This is not the case though.

Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you correct it?

You may have a signal problem to the Lamp Modules Location. As a test try it in a few places in the home and see if it works in some areas and not others. Even try it in the same outlet as the console is connected. Maye sure the unit code is one of the standard buttons on your remote.
