I sent an RMA back to X10. I have tracking confirmation that they received the package on August 21.
On August 28 I sent an email inquiring about my refund. No response.
On September 1 I send another email. No response.
It's now been 20 days and nothing.
X10 has over $750 of my money, their product back and I have nothing.
This is one company I will NEVER deal with again!

With the changing of staff going on around Labor Day something may have got missplaced! :'
The X10 staff I knew that use to handle issues like this have moved on, some one else may have a new e-mail contact and will jump in! :'
