Title: RadioShack Wireless Security System 49-1000

I have a RadioShack Wireless Security System 49-1000, I replaced the batteries yesterday and for some unforseen reason is giving me an error the error reads (ERROR) in the console everytime I try to enter the pin, it would not let me go pass that, another word I can't access the menu I'm stocked at that ERROR.  Does any one knows how to clear that error.?  I'll really appreciate any input regarding this matter.

There was a post on how to do a factory reset on the 049-1000. I have no idea if the tip worked
