Title: Need an IR Transmitter "Teacher"
Post by: Ascending on January 19, 2009, 08:43:20 PM
Hi. I have a Sony AV3100 Remote Commander to work all my home theater components plus turn the lights off and on. The AV3100 is an IR transmitter and I have an X10 IR receiver that works well for turning lights off and on. I would like to teach the remote to dim the lights, but I need an X10 IR transmitter with the correct codes to do the teaching. Any ideas on what would work best, or alternative ideas? Thanks very much!
