Title: timer designer/advanced problem AHP v 3.236

Hi I have a problem with AHP using Advanced layout in Timer designer:
As soon as I change something in the config menu the effective date change to: January1 to January 1,
even if I put something else in the start and end date feilds.
This is affecting the timer, it is not starting!!!
Does anybody have the same problem with AHP v 3.236
