Title: XX17A Camera Video Washing Out

I just purchased two XX17A and both are washing out when the cameras are pointed toward a light in the room or the outdoor.  In other words the video signal received and displayed on the monitor is totally white.  My other cameras are working great.

Thanks for any thoughts.
