I am using a powermid system for my home theatre system. I am having trouble with my tv remote IR reaching the transmitter. When I move closer the powermid lights when I press the remote and works properly. The distance from couch to powermid is about 10 feet away and I had no problems with the remote reaching the television which is located above the power mid. I tried another set of batteries without success and the powermid is in the direct line of sight of the remote. Any suggestions? Thanks -
