Title: Mini Timer with sunset programmed

Mini Timer that takes into account the time of sunset for the given day.  That way, one can set modules to turn on at, for example, 1/2 hour before sunset.  Presently, one has to change turn-on times many times per year.

Would be nice. Though it would have to have a way to set a custom Sunrise Sunset Table for the location of the Mini Timer.

...and cost at least half what a CM15A with AHP does.
