Hello all,
I got the x10 system and was hoping for great things but am becoming more disenchanted every day with it.
Recently I tried to create my first macro:
Eagle eye triggers - 3 way switch turns on - 30 sec delay- switch off
save and download
the sensor triggers, the macro flashes, in ahp i see the light switch turn on but the lights dont actually turn on. However if i manually click the switch i can turn them on and off. And furthermore, if the lights are on already and then i trigger the macro, the lights will turn off 30 seconds later!
this seems like some poorly designed software. I read around in the forums and they suggested backing up to version 3.204 which i did and still no dice. I deleted and remade the macro. no good.
should i return all my x10 stuff?

Try going into the setup menu of AHP and tell it to "issue ON instead of BRIGHT 100".

Broken08,
Did you ever get this fixed? I'm having exactly the same issue...I wish I could get this sorted out! B:(

In AHP, instead of setting up your wall switch as the module it actually is, set it up as a two-way lamp module. That'll fix it.
