Hey guys,
I have a complete NEWB post, and I'm not ashamed to say it!
I very much hope you guys can help... and for all the flames I've given n00bs on other forums, I expect some back! :D
Right... I just bought a few bits and peices of X10 gear online, and I'm stuck with the LW12.
I REALLY cant work out how to wire it!
I've wired a few light switches and plugs in my time, but just by copying, not by knolwedge - so I'm a bit stuck!
(I'm in the UK by the way)
In my light switch I have-
Green/Yellow cable which is sealed off at the end (not connected to anything)
3x black wires which are sealed off at the end (not connected to anything)
2x red wires which are connected to 'common' on the standard switch
1x red wire which is connected to the L1 on the standard switch.
Now I have a LW12 and a momentary switch... and I'm dead confused.
I've included a kinda diagram, and I hope it helps - If anyone could shed some light I would be very happy as I'm quite confused right now!
