need to re_wire my SC15A color camera but need to know which wires are which black, red, yellow, green, white, grey??
-
Assuming the SC15A (white) is wired the same as the SC16A (grey), here is the reference I have been using on mine (SC16As):
Yellow: Power (+)
Green: Power (Gnd)
Red: Video Signal
Black: Video Return
Grey: Audio Signal
White: Audio Return
When rewiring, you can join the Green / Black / White wires together as a common ground and therefore use a 4-conductor cable for your run.

I have a XC18A wireless camera and want to wire just the camera to capture the video. I don't need or want the wireless function - just the camera. The wires to the camera from the circuit board are red, black, yellow, blue and white. Is there a schematic available which will show which wires are what? Thanks

There is a schematic in the FCC Database.
https://apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm
Grantee Code: B4S
Product Code: XC18A
Detail Choice.
It is the schematic of the XC18A transmitter with input points shown. No wire colors just what is connected to each input.
Also you can find internal and external photos, test results, block diagram and manual.
This internal video signal probably will not drive a video input on a monitor or DVR. It may need a signal amplifier conditioner.
Found a different link to the FCC Database. That seems to have better information in it.

This internal photo shows things like board connections screened on the PCB and shows wire colors. Near the bottom of the page is a download link. You can save for reference.
Also a clearer schematic with more information.
