I am trying to find a solution to view my cameras on my android

If you can share them over the internet, ie ip cams try IP Cam Viewer by Robert Chou.

I was happy with the free version and emailed Robert the creator of the program and asked when my Zonet brand cams would be supported. He wrote back within the hour and asked for access to my Zonet ip cam so he could fix the program. He was able to figure it out and an update to his program came out the very next day!

With service like that I had to buy the paid version. :-)

For X10 control over the Droid I try out Multidomo

There is a free trail and from what I can tell a one time fee for the service.
