Title: B&W Nightwatch focus

I recently installed two B&W nightwatch cameras. Neither will focus well. Both are looking outside down a long driveway. Do these just not focus at long distances (30'-0 to 100'-0)?
one is next to a Xcam 2 wide vision,  which has very good focus.

I never noticed a difference...

I did switch the normal lens and the wide lens one time and it was IMPOSSIBLE to focus.

You sure it didn't get dirty?  When the spider made a web on my lens, it was out of focus.....   ;D

No dirt, they have been up only 3 or 4 weeks and have been out of focus the whole time. I have tried to focus them with no luck, since both are the same I thought maybe the B&W cameras just
had poor lens.
