Title: How Do You Like AHP Email from X10 Product Team?
Post by: Brian H on September 04, 2010, 06:22:02 AM
I had an email today. Asking for input on AHP to share with others on facebook.
Anyone else get one?
Maybe a good chance for users with the broken versions to say what they think. Maybe X10 would actually read the feedback.

I didn't get an e-mail from X10 "How Do You Like AHP Email from X10 Product Team" but if it's Facebook only I'll pass.  I don't use Facebook.

Yes, I received one yesterday as well.  So far it looks like all positive comments on it.  Makes you wonder.

U-u-h-h, no it doesn't.    :'

Although I suppose they could be marketing "seed" comments to get real users to post comments. I just question whether we will see a bunch of "my timer doesn't work" comments appear. (signed: cynical old geezer).

Me thinks that if X10 wanted feedback from real users, they would read the comments and problems posted here.  And maybe someday even act upon them.

Since facebook is marketing resource for X10, I would expect the comments would be heavy on the side of first-time users that managed to get a light or two to turn on with their new electronic gadget and couldn't be more thrilled with the product.

Those that are actually trying to do something with their hardware and have problems end up in this forum.
