Your power is 120 volts 60 cycles correct?
I understand some of Brazil is 220 volts only. If the power around the world web site is correct.
The WS13A is strictly 120 volts.

Your diagram has one error in it.
The Blue wire from the light bulb to the connection on the switch. Is not the neutral. It is the load.
If you only have the two wires in the switch box. You need to add a neutral from somewhere or you can not use a WS13A.

So in your diagram as it is now.
The Red in the switch box is the Line
The Blue in the switch box to the light bulb is the load.
Neutral wire is missing and has to be added to the switch box..

Dan; The Green Ground safety wire is not required for the WS13A to work.
It is for safety but not to work correctly.
