Title: Pan Tilt Pro V1 Software Won't Start

I just downloaded and installed Pan Tilt Pro V1 software and can't get it to initialize.  I haven't installed a PC Video/USB Adapter yet, but I wouldn't think that would matter.  I assume the software will initialize by itself (and not from within Active Home Pro - is that right?  I get a notice that the software has installed successfully but it won't boot!  HELP!

Do you buy the kit or just download the software?
Not sure if it works with a CM15A as the kit comes with a CM19A along with the software.

It came with a wireless PC Transceiver, USB Video Capture Adapter and the software.  Active Home Pro is already installed with an existing USB Capture adapter (functions great) and a battery backed up wall unit with antenna that can connect via usb to the PC to dowload macros and timer settings of all the modules I have loaded.  I have not installed the USB capture adapter (haven't received it yet).

If your trying to run the program with AHP running that is most likely the issue.
Only one program at a time can utilized a video input. (Windows limitation)
Most of the time you'll get some type of error but not always.
