Title: CM19A stopped working after installing AHP software

I use the same computer on 2 different systems One is AHP with a CM15 and the other is is a different location where I use the CM19A and leave the laptop hooked up......not sure whats gone wrong

What version of AHP on each machine?  Are both using the same .ahx file?   Which one has the CM15A and which one has the CM19?
