Title: Door sensor distance not picking up signal

I by no means have a large house and its almost 100% line of site, no metal inbetween garage door sensor and the CM19a, what is the working distance ? I would say it is a total of 20 feet from one to the other? Brand new batteries as well.

And even when it is in range it is not updating the Mygarage app that the sensor should be green, it shows the correct position on the AHP page when the sensor is open or closed

All reports so far have shown the CM19A to be "not so good" in the reception catagory. I am not sure if there are any range "hacks" for the CM19 like there are for the CM15A.  You might try a passive repeater antenna for the DSxx sensor. Search the forum for "Passive Repeater" and "Passive Radiator", also search for "CM19 range".
