Hi,
A little before christmas i posted about my computer crashing after file download. well I am up and running again and can anyone tell me how to go about getting another download sent to me?

you can get most software from the softwaredownload center http://www.x10.com/support/support_soft1.htm
If you don't know your registration numbers you can contact customer support with your order number/s
