Title: Newbie needing help with setup for SC1200

Help Please!
I just purchased a SC1200 System and have received it.  I have ?'s..... If I have a Voicemail system set up on my homeline how can I access my alarm unit with my cell phone if the voicemail picks up?... When I go to disarm my system from my cell phone I press in my pin when I answer and nothing is happening????!!!!!  Thanks for any suggestions!  Having a really really hard time getting any help from Tech Support online or telephone.  :P B:( 8)
