I was looking at purchasing one of the securilink wireless systems from x10 until I realized that they are not compatible with 3rd party monitoring services. My goal is to avoid contracts and high monthly rates (adt) but still have a 3rd party monitoring service so that my theft insurance coverage remains intact on our companies personal property. I've ready the numerous different sites and honestly just keep more and more overwhelmed with all the different options. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Below is a basic idea of what I'm looking for
* 16 window sensors
* 2 motion detectors
* smart phone capabilities
* 3rd party live monitoring service capability
* no contracts
* ability to incorporate infared cameras and monitor via smartphone and/or internet
