I recieved my new Airsight PTZ Pro last Friday after waiting for over a month. I've set it up and have been
playing around with it for a couple days on the bench. I have it working on my wireless network and can see a picture, but
it will not pan...tilt...or zoom from the software. It will however when you first power it up do a full pan, tilt and zoom then stop at a certain point. So I know the motors are working. I'm ready to return it because I think it is defective and don't know what else to try. Any suggestions? Thanks

B:( I'm having sorta the same problem... mine wont zoom in or out anymore... its very frustrating after waiting over a month for mine too!

I had a similar problem when I received my xx40a ip camera. I returned it and was sent a new one which worked fine. I suspect yours is also broken.

Just got two brand new PTZ airsights today and neither one will pan, tilt or zoom but about 25 degrees each way. Frustrating that 2 brand new cameras will have to be sent back. I emailed them tonight and I imagine that I will be returning. Sucks.

You took the foam out of the dome, right? :'
