I believe the power supply for my Airpad X (CM005) is no longer working. When I plugged it in last to charge the unit, there was a small spark from the outlet.
I have tried several other other outlets. Made sure the plug is fully inserted into airpad. The charging indicator light does not change anymore.
What steps should I take to verify its the power supply and not something else? (The airpad is now fully discharged)
If it is the Power Supply, how do I get a replacement?
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

It isn't uncommon for a switching power supply to have a tiny spark when first plugged in, caused by capacitors charging. Check the output of the adapter with a voltmeter. Since switching supplies have a regulated output, you should read what ever voltage (within 5 to 10%) is printed on the adapter as "Output" on the voltmeter.

Hey Thanks.
Figured out it is the wire at the tip of the plug on the power supply.
So I guess now I need to find a replacement.

Just for the record -- another original Airpad owner here strongly hoping to be able to get Android 4 one of these days. Sooner preferred :-). There is still interest out here!
