I'm having an issue with "Supervised Security System DS7000" whereby the alarm sounds upon opening a door, despite having never armed the thing. I have two DS7000, both have exhibited this issue under the same set up.
This is not a repeatable issue. Seems to happen late at night when some folks are sleeping, not cool. Any advise please? Thank you.

What have you done so far?
There isn't a whole lot that can be done. Unplug, remove all the batteries in all remotes and the PS561. Then re-install the entire system with new batteries. Since you say two PS561 exhibit the same problem, it seems like it would be a security sensor, but I don't understand how it "alarms" when not armed. (Is it a true security alarm with the auto dialer dialing out, or is it a "trouble" alarm?)

So far I have tried TWO DS7000.
I will try completely resetting the system again, and taking all batteries from all sensors.
The system isn't armed, however becomes armed suddenly upon opening a door (so it seems).
It is a true alarm as the noise level is extreme. I do not have it dialing out so I can't answer specifically to that.

The only thing that should trigger the console is a Panic Alarm if it is not armed.
I would make sure any of your remotes are accounted for and their batteries are good.
Do you have any Security Motion Sensors?
-
No motion sensors are being used. These are all window/door sensors. The malfunction occurs upon opening the door.

I've had the system unexpectedly alarm when a key or something else accidentally presses the alarm button when the key fob is in my pocket. When in the house I hear the alarm beep so I know when it happens.
-
I'm not using it as an alarm at this point, so I never activate it, and do not carry any remotes in my pocket. The fact that it triggers upon the opening of the door should provide some clue.

Does it make any difference if the console is on Run1 or Run2 ?
If the Armed LED is not On and a Door Window Sensor is triggering an alarm.
Either the Door Window Sensor is sending a panic signal in error or the console is defective.
-
In most cases it has been in RUN 1.
Huh, have there been cases where a door sensor sends a panic signal?
I've got two consoles bought at different times. Both exhibited the issue. I've reset all batteries and the DS7000 completely. Let's see if it still happens.

I have never seen anyone reporting a sensor triggering a panic alarm. That was one of my imagination goes wild thoughts. ::)

The fact that it triggers upon the opening of the door should provide some clue.
Well, since it involves one door and two consoles, I think I would either replace the door security remote with a new one or swap it with another remote to see if the problem followes the remote.

Ok. It happened AGAIN. It happend in the run mode that beeps when a door is opened. Upon opening my sliding glass door the console triggered an alarm. Upon attempting to Disarm with a handheld remote, it would not. I had to disconnect power. Note, I found the console to be reliable for 2 weeks without issue while running in the mode that is silent.
What the heck is going on????
