Title: Office 2013 crashes AHP

Just installed Microsoft Office 2013 yesterday, and it crashed the AHP software that I had installed one week prior.  I am running Win 7 64 Ultimate on a Lenovo T410s.  After a number of attempts on reinstalling AHP with various selections of modules and observing the subsequent crashes, it appears there is a conflict with Office 2013 and the SW33A-SW-AHVID software module.  You need to reinstall the full complement of AHP.  This includes deleting the files in the Program directory.  Using "uninstall" from the control panel shows the program is visible but "uninstall" indicates it does not exist. Without the video module, AHP runs well.

What version of AHP are you using?   What is SW33A-SW-AHVID software?

Very wierd that Office 2013 would conflict with a video handler. What Windows version are you running AHP under? Will Win 7 allow you to install and run AHP in "XP" mode?
