Hello both cameras were working fine and this morning from my droid (I may have pressed something) but I started to get this error message Camera/Feed not available. Does anyone know what to do with this?
Also I had tech support help me get my cameras set up but I now wish to change my router password for security reasons, must I do that or merely change the password for the Airsoft? And if so will I have to make a change in each camera if I go the router PW change?
Thanks,
John

John, Look at the camera tool am see if the IP address has changed. Usually when i lose the camera feed on my IP Cam Viewer for my droid its usually for that reason.
Changing your router password shouldn't matter to your cameras user id and password.

Yes I did change the IP address of the camera since it was recommended to add a certain number of digits to the last number. So you think that maybe the software defaults back to the original IP address?
I went home and disconnected the camera and it started to work again, I wonder if it is too far from the router since the other camera is fine? Another question: I had IT help me with the install; how do I secure my network after that? Should I change the login and PW for the Airsight software or Router? Naturally if I do the router I wil have to go into every device and change the PW which wouldn't be that difficult. I just don't want my IP address floating around so that I don't have to worry about people looking into my house.
Thanks Richy

Have you port forward in your router?
If you're using the factory user / password.. yes change it..

Yes I have the port forward for each camera, and once I get the 3rd and 4th cameras set up I will change the router password
