Title: Overpriced replacement parts (not X10)
Post by: JeffVolp on February 12, 2016, 11:37:14 AM
I'm sure some of you get those ads from Amazon highlighting things you "might" be interested in.  Well included in today's list was one that I just had to share with fellow X10 users:

http://www.amazon.com/Whirlpool-596669-Hose-Clamp/dp/B018A2VMMY/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1455293939&sr=8-2-fkmr0&keywords=Shark+KD400WM

I don't have a clue as to why they thought I might be interested in that.  But it is such a good deal that maybe I should buy all three they have available.

 rofl

But it's a GENUINE Replacement Part, not like the 50-cent clamps at the auto store.  No, wait, yes it is.

I bought a genuine Frigidaire water mixing valve for my washing machine. From an Amazon vendors store.
Photo showed the real thing. Description buried in the details said a universal replacement.  ::)

Jeff, This is Pentagon pricing. Somehow Amazon screwed up by sending to you.
