Title: Missing File

I am trying to restore a failed HD with an automated backup in XP. During the "installing devices" phase, after "x10 video capture", a copy error pops up, "setup cannot copy the file dext5a.ax" Skipping the file causes the installation to stall. Where can I find this file. I have looked everywhere.

At first glance this looks like it may be a x10 capture card driver however it isn't part of the X10 capture drivers.
It is a windows file since My system isn't XP but Windows 10 64 bit it is in a different location than you will have it.
Mine is in windows/syswow64
