Title: Rogue Transmit Signal
Post by: bt54 on April 20, 2016, 10:27:31 PM
My first floor lights have stopped working from my Palmpad (3 wall switches and a lamp module).  The switches manually work.  I'm looking at the Activity Monitor and one Light Switch on another floor is receiving a never ending flow of Receive signals.  I pulled the batteries from all of my Palmpads and that did not stop the signal.  I also cm15
cleared the memory on my CM15 and then reprogrammed it.

Signal Code is:  Date\Time    Receive    L16 (Garage Door Light)

Does anyone have any idea what is happening?????

Is L16 a valid X10 address being used in your system?
Do you have any X10 Coupler Repeaters in your system.
The Activity Log is showing power line or RF L16 commands?

Brian,
Thanks for the reply !!!
L16 is a Valid Address.  I have a repeater that I didn't think of and checked it after I made the post.  I replaced it with another repeater and the flood of signals stopped but I think the "new" repeater has problems as it is sending mixed signals.  I pressed L9 on the Palmpad and L9 & L10 were activated.  My basement (where the repeater is located) has all of the Light Switches and modules working but my First floor is still not working.  I replaced a light module and now it works.  I have two wall switches that I'm going to remove and test as they are not activating when signaled.
