Title: App will not register on iPad iOS 11.3

Upgraded my iPad to iOS 11.3 and now registering the app consistently fails, using the iPad camera and also a very good photo of the QR code. Usually it fails right away, but occasionally will proceed to 7 or 14%. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the iPad, resynced the WM100, in various orders. Another user reports the same problem with iPad 11.3, but that iPhone 11.3 is ok.

I am having same problem. The app on my iPad worked before I upgraded to iOS 11.3.1. The app continues to work properly on both of my iPhones. I have emailed tech support in hopes they have a resolution.

I've upgraded my iPad to 11.3.1. It still doesn't work. Please let us know if you get a reply to your email.

I'm told the next update will have a fix for this.
This apparently is has been the delay with the update release. The new iOS isn't compatible with the current version in the app store.

So everyone with an Android device has to wait because Apple updated their operating system...

Yep!
 I was told the new OS makes it difficult setup the WM100 so users have been returning the WM100.  Notice I was told difficult to setup not impossible. B:(
The Android app is ready and has been for a month now.
I understand the developer wishing to keep the app versions the same but as far as I can see that shouldn't affect release dates.
I wonder what will happen when one requires a bug fix but the other doesn't require any work ::) :'
