Title: coupler question

I want to improve my x10 problems by adding
a coupler.  I'm no electician, so I looked
into a 3 or 4 prong dryer thing.  I looked
behind my dryer and it has just a reqular
plug.  What are my options?

You mean that the dryer has a standard 120
Volt type plug? Do you have any other type
220 volt appliances like a stove that maybe
pluged in?
