Since purchasing and installing active home
pro, my hard drive crashed.  Where can I
get software for reinstalltion?  Thanks.

Why would you want to? It's nothing but
grief from the 1st day. And you cannot
download "software" and write it for latter
instances as yours, you have to install from
X10 Switch to Smarthome and save yourself
the headache.
