Title: Unknown Device Error

Whenever I plug in the CM15A in the computer,
I get an UNKNOWN DEVICE error. It worked
before (1 yr) but I have formatted my
computer. Everything is the same (WIN XP Pro,
same USB port)

Even when I install the software I still get
the same error.

What went wrong?

Just tried to connect to another computer.

Is XP showing the correct usb driver in
windows device manager? If not click on it
and update the driver a digital signed
driver can be found at the XP windows update
web page.
