Damn X10, why do you make this so hard? I
have been running AHP on my laptop for a year
or more, now I have a new PC and want to put
AHP on that now. Turns out that X10 does not
supply SW with the product but makes you
download it. So I called customer service and
got the instructions on how to do it.
Now I find out that it is keyed to the
original email for the order. HEY X-10 people
do change ISP's from time to time. So now I
dont have a way to get my download permission.
Jeez Louise, we are your customers, YOU
ALREADY HAVE OUR MONEY, why screw us with
this stuff?
Also, thanks for all the pop unders. Remember
a few years ago when you got sued for that crap.
GIVE THE CUSTOMERS A BREAK HERE.

or the e-mail address you used to order? If
you send either or both of those to
ahpsupport@x10.com I can make sure you get
what you need.

I have contacted customer service. Hopefully
they will get me fixed.

Holy crap, i called customer support and they
sent me the links, could it be that X10 is
hearing the complaints? I will let you know
if the links work.

Well folks, X10 finally came through, they
sent me the links and the software is up and
running. Thanks X10 but I still dont
understand why we have to go through this. If
we have the hardware, we need the SW and if
we don have hardwaret then why would anyone
want the SW. Please consider killing the
registration process.
