I cleared history, pulled batteries,
unplugged unit etc. Re-downloaded everything
to unit. Still freezes. It ran fine for a
month now this.

The activity monitor uses the default
browser to display the data. Are you using
the Microsoft IE browser or have you
recently changed your browser to another
type.
