Title: iWitness to email, all x10's?

does this work w/audio and can images be
automatically sent to my e-mail?  do you
have to own all x10 cameras or can i also
include my other two that have audio and
video rca plugs?

There is no provision for audio. Currently
there is no provision for e-mail - although
x10 is working on a web plug-in. There is
another program available called
X10dispath - goto www.accessx10.com,
register onto the site, then goto the
download section and follow the link from
there. AHP will only use the VA11A (Video
Digitizer) to get it's pictures - this is
assumming that you have the IWitness plugin
installed. There is no reason why you
couldn't use another video source other
than the fact that you can't record the
audio signal.

You can record sound AND have emails sent by
using Active WebCam. I had to use an RCA to
minijack converter to get the sound to my
computer from the video/audio capture device.
You can use this software along with AHP as
long as you open up Active Webcam first to
view the video. Check it out at pysoft.com.
