X10 Cameras are a cost effective solution to
hundreds of dollar cameras, if resolution is
not good enough for you make yourself a
camera mount, 3/4" hole, and attach them to
anything you have with better optics , an
old telescope or binoculars work well the
results are amazing, Lenses are the big
differance in all cameras

Mike,
You are right,  The lenses in teh X10 leave
much to be desired.  I have gotten pretty
good pics from my 3 cams but I do notice that
when focused, the outer edges are a bit out
of focus while the center is ok.  Does the
lens on the X10 cam unscrew completely out of
the cam (counter clockwise) ?  I'd love to
try some different optics here but was
nervous that I'd screw up the cam...
Anyone here messed with lens changes ???
