Title: Video won't play back

Hi:I am having trouble getting my video to
play.The snapshot and still seem to
work.But the video wont play on any
format.Media Player, ATI file player,and
especially X10.I dont get the thumb nails
at the bottom of the viewer like the
instructions say.
