Title: lost software

well it happened my wife some how deleted
all my emails in outlook so i don't have my
info to download active home pro if my
computer crashes. anybody else run into
this? and any ideas how to get it again?

Do you have your order number at least?
It should have been on the invoice you
recieved with the hardware.

You can call technical support to have the
software sent to you again, or if you have
your order number you can use the online form:
