Title: Need anti-bounce and macro activation delay

I'm using a CM15A with a wireless repeater
which means a lot of wireless commands are
received twice, or more. It would be nice if
ActiveHome has some anti-bounce protection so
that identical sequences received in a short
period of time are treated as a single command.

Similarly, this causes problems with macros -
If the macro starts transmitting commands
before the second sequence is received, the
outgoing command gets garbled.

Currently I solve this by starting all macros
with a one second delay.
