Title: 3.171 Exit without downloading prompt-- always exits

If a timer file is changed and then saved to
a file (but not downloaded to the interface)
and 'File.. exit' is chosen to close AHP,
the warning that 'changes have not been
downloaded to the interface, exit anyway?'
appears.  Even if 'no' is chosen, AHP always
closes.
This is on 3.171
